Outline of Research Activities

It is shown that the vegetable intake is effective to the prevention of the sickness from a lot of findings about the oxidative stress. As for this research, the intake of the vegetables was observed on the influence of the oxidative stress balance. To expect more result, the screening for the vegetables are carried out.
