Outline of Research Activities

In our laboratory, we are currently investigating the topics "Nutritional and dietetic administration", "Nutritional assessment" and "Institutional food service management".

Our research activities are as follows.

Nutritional and dietetic administration of workers and school children.

Nutritional management of athletes, such as university long-distance runners, semi-professional handball players, etc.

The relationship between lifestyle (dietary habits, physical activity, sleeping hours, etc.) and physical condition (body composition, especially bone mass and body fat, and serum factors related to anemia). This study is a joint research project with the Laboratory of Physiological Nutrition.
